So I also recorded this, called Frontin', and now I think I should say what I really like about these last home recordings:
They're recorded with an ambiant mic (cheap one). The amps and the keyboard are set to very low volume.
Originallly, the low volume was so that I would not be interrupted by the neighboors complaining.
The cool thing is that the mic then records my fingers hitting the keyboard keys, just as much as the sound from the amps.
And all this extra noise (fingers hitting keys, click on buttons, feet beating the tempo on the floor) gives the music an accoustic quality, even though it is amped and electronic.

I recorded Loss.
on top of the main track I added a melody at the very end, played the melody on a keyboard Bruno Dorn just gave me. It's an "eko" "boomerang". !!! I love it.
At the very end of the track you can hear my neighboor furiously banging at my door.
